Sending Attachments to Your Email Agent

Your EmailAgent is designed to help you extract valuable insights from the information you share with it, and attachments are a key part of that process. Your agent can process and analyze various file types, each with its own set of functionalities:


Supported Attachment Types:

  • Text Files (.txt, .csv, .doc, .rtf, .html): Common text formats that can be exported by most applications .
  • Spreadsheets (.csv, .xlsx): Microsoft (tm) Excel spreadsheets or CSV exports.
  • PDF Documents (.pdf):  Typical PDF documents with text embeds.
  • Images (.jpg, .png):  Common image formats or exportable by most systems.
  • Emails (.eml): Standard formatted or text based email.


Important Note: EmailAgents cannot directly interact with external websites or download files. This means that processing files that require internet access or external resources is not possible.

Best Practices:

  • CSV Format: For spreadsheets, ensure your file is in CSV format for optimal data analysis.
  • File Size: The maximum attachment size is 4MB.
